Daily Check-In
Answer Yes or No for each category. Your answers save automatically. Once all seven are answered, press Submit Daily Check-In. You can keep changing answers until 10:00 AM the next morning.
Category Setup
Set up your seven daily categories. Choose the score for a conceptual Yes answer. No will automatically be the opposite score. A score of 0 represents the positive or desirable answer. A score of 1 represents the negative or undesirable answer.
Accountability
Set up email reminders and choose the people you would like to help keep you accountable.
Your Reminder Emails
Receive an email at 8:00 AM if yesterday's check-in has not been submitted. You will have until 10:00 AM before a missed day is automatically assigned 7/7.
Phone Notifications
Get the 8:00 AM reminder as a notification on your phone, in addition to email.
Accountability People
Add up to three people who can receive an email when your selected accountability thresholds are reached.
